        is an online social networking platform for connecting Friends across the globe. Through Todleho.com , a member can connect with his friends and family to share his/her media. All the services, applications and content offered at Todleho.com will come under the purview of this agreement.

      This “Terms of Use Agreement” sets forth all legally binding terms of Use of Todleho.com services, applications and content. By using Todleho.com , you explicitly become a “User” who has agreed to be bound by this agreement whether you are a passing visitor or a registered member of Todleho.com . If you do not intend to be bound by this agreement, you must immediately leave Todleho.com and not use any of our applications, services or content.

        When accepting this agreement, the user should also be aware and be bound by our privacy policy. The user also agrees to read the safety tips mentioned on Todleho.com .com.

Eligibility

You agree to notify Todleho.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Fees

        Its is agreed by the user that Todleho.com reserves the right to charge for its Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If Todleho.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

Posting and Use of Content

        Todleho.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. The content posted by the users are not necessarily reviewed by Todleho.com and do not represent the policies and views of Todleho.com . Todleho.com does not endorse and has no control over such content.

Objectionable Content

        Todleho.com doesn’t allow users to post personal information (Phone Number, Address) on public forums on Todleho.com . It is also strictly advised not to post any disturbing, lewd, violent, sexually explicit, racism, hatred subject matters. Despite the prohibition and monitoring of the site, objectionable information might appear on Todleho.com . All users who come across such information agree to report the abuse to Todleho team through the “Report Abuse” Link. Todleho.com assumes no responsibility or liability for such material.

Ownership of Material

Member Disputes

Disputes

This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED ABOVE.
